Simply put, wizards unlike the Sorcerers and mages are never cautious about safety. They are destructive in nature. Unlike those two, their strength is in the arcane power. This power comes in handy as in the burning and freezing of enemies. Wizards are also excellent at manipulating time and light when teleporting, creating illusions and deflecting the incoming attacks.

One of the most important features of a wizard is area attack. Simply what this means is that they can cats spells hitting groups of foes at once thus punishing them thoroughly because of standing closely together. It is therefore important that the enemies avoid at all cost standing at the same position together lest a rough attack will come their way.

Other highly essential features of the wizard include among others protective spells, endless energy and elemental mastery. In Diablo III most enemies if not all always come as a pack. This is to the delight of a wizard as he or she easily and happily takes them down by the use of area attack.

Protective spells as one of the most vital features of the wizard simply allows for protection. Through this feature, the wizards have the ability to shield themselves effectively in diamonds or ice. This is quite protective as it absorbs all the damage. The feature is also useful because it can confuse the enemies through creation of mirror images. Protective spells also come in handy in slowing down and snaring down the enemies in case there is very fast war or counter attack.

Of all the features of the wizard, the main and most important is that of mastery of elements. Simply what elemental mastery means is that any wizard ahs the ability to overcome wind, ice, lightening and flames. They take pride in having power and dominion over all of these. Wizards can easily target their enemies using these elements. This is because the weakness of the foes rests in them. It therefore becomes very easy for the enemies to be a target and finally face destruction.

The most powerful feature of wizards is their endless energy. This is essentially the huge advantage the wizard has. Their quick regeneration of Arcane power also acts as a great pro. There is no doubt that wizards can destroy any enemy within minutes if they cross their paths.

In Diablo III, the wizard has approximately twenty-five skills. These skills fall into three main categories. They are the utility, offensive and signature skills. All these are quite significant while playing this intriguing game.

The Witch Doctor has various abilities called skills. All the Witch Doctor’s skills are controlled by the Mana. The Mana is a magical energy that allows characters to use their skills over a certain period of time. Their skills are categorized into various groups namely Primary, Secondary, Defensive, Terror, Decay and Voodoo.

In the Primary Group, the skills are used for inflicting damage on enemies and usually have a low Mana cost. Such skills include:

• Poison Dart-Shoots a deadly Poison Dart that inflicts weapon damage as poison on enemies for a duration of time.
• Corpse Spiders-The Witch Doctor throws a jar of spiders at the enemy which attack and inflict weapon damage before dying.
• Plague of Toads-The Witch Doctor summons 3 toads that explode on impact with the enemy inflicting weapon damage as poison.
• Firebomb-The Witch Doctor lobs an explosive skull at enemies that explodes dealing weapon damage to nearby enemies.

In the Secondary Skill group there are skills such as:

• Grasp of the Dead-Ghoulish hands from the ground reduce the enemy’s speed and inflict weapon damage as physical.
• Firebats-Witch Doctor summons bats that attack enemy as fire burning them and inflict weapon damage.
• Haunt-Summoned spirit haunts enemy inflicting weapon damage as Arcane. If enemy dies, spirit moves to another nearby enemy.
• Locust Swarm-Summoned locust swarm jumps to nearby enemies causing weapon damage as poison.

In the Defensive Skill group, their abilities focus on protecting the Witch Doctor and minimize damage from enemy attacks. Such abilities include:

• Summons Zombie Dogs-Summoned Zombie Dogs fight by your side that attack enemies, inflicting weapon damage as physical and can be used as a shield.
• Horrify-Witch Doctor puts on a spectral mask that horrifies all enemies within 12 yards and they run away
• Spirit Walk
• Hex

Terror Skills include:

• Soul Harvest-Casts a circle on the ground which drains up to 5 enemies within 16 yards and giving you their intelligence.
• Sacrifice-Summoned Zombie Dogs are used as explosives and target nearby enemies.
• Mass Confusion-Causes enemies to fight for you for a period of time

Decay Skills include:

• Zombie Charger – Summons a Zombie which charges, inflicting weapon damage as poison to all enemies in its path before it decomposes.
• Spirit Barrage – blasts an enemy with a spirit blast.
• Acid Cloud
• Wall of Zombies

Voodoo Skills include:

• Gargantuan – Summon a large zombie to fight for you, dealing weapon damage as physical.
• Big Bad Voodoo – Places a Fetish on the ground which increases the attack speed and movement speed of all allies within the area.
• Fetish Army – Summon an army of Fetishes that wield daggers that fight by your side and inflict weapon damage as physical per attack.

The Witch Doctor class also has 3 specific class items which are namely Ceremonial Knives, Voodoo Masks and Mojos. Mojos are used with one-handed weapons not for combat but for bonus stuff like faster Mana regeneration.

The monks are skilled martial arts warriors with great mental and physical strength. Their speed is their greatest strength. They are capable of being perfectly calm even when under attack by dangerous assassins. They can throw people without even flinching. Their immense power of concentration allows then to respond within moments. They are able to concentrate and plan their defence tactics even when the attack is in progress. It is these special abilities that make the monk a revered hero and a great warrior.

The skills of the monk

The skills of the monk are unique and special. It has different levels and different methods through which they can cause damage. They can either cause greater damage in a specific area, or cause damage in a wider circle making the damaged area more wide spread.

The power, the root and the basis of the monk’s skills is the holy energy. It is through discipline, inner strength and meditation that the monk has been able to develop the different skills. Another factor that contributed to the development of the skills of the monk and plays an important part in giving him the strength and knowledge to put the skills to good use is the ancestral knowledge. Without these two basics the character of the monk would be left baseless.

The colour palette of the skills of the monk

The fact that the skills of the monk are developed through the holy energy and ancestral knowledge is made evident through the colours that have been selected for the colour palette of skills. Whenever the monk uses a particular skill the colours white, gold, blue and silver will fill the screen. This adds to the total effect and mystery surrounding the character of the monk.

What are the different skills that the monk has?

The monk is seen to have primary skills, secondary skills and defensive skills. The primary skills include the crippling wave and the force of impenetrable defence. The exploding palm, thoughtless force and the radiant visage are the skills that come under the group of secondary skills. The seven sided strike is an extremely useful defensive skill. There are other skills like the inner sanctuary that come under the category of type 1 class specific skills.

The Demon Hunter is one of the five classes included on this release of Diablo III; the abilities of this class of warrior are based on a combined resource of balance between anger and discipline. This class of warrior has the capability of performing distant and fast attacks mainly because of its ability on the handling of crossbows and bows, battle tactics and dark magic which allow the character the use of different enchantments gaianst projectiles as the firing of bombs and traps against enemies. This class of warrior is characterized for being a tireless vigilant who performs every goal with the help of a wide arsenal of weapons designed for distant attacks.

Anger can be obtained at any time, with each fast attack or even when the character is not in a combat, while discipline is recovered very slowly and is employed for defensive movements. This class has some abilities that generate anger, and also has some others that consume anger.

This class of character can be considered as the successor of the Rogue of the first release of Diablo, and combines the abilities given to the Assassin and the Amazon, classes of Diablo II. The Demon Hunter was the last class to be released with Diablo III, although this is the first class on which developers started to work with. The original concept for the class of The Demon Hunter was to create a real demon, but produced change their opinion since there was no sense on creating as a character while the main argument of the game is the humanity againts everyone else. Instead, producers decided to create a character of of a human being with demonic features.

The Demon Hunter is a character with an elegant and sexy aspect, a dark past, and vengeance as its motive for fight. This class of warrior has extraordinary capacities for decimating big groups of enemies with the help of volleys of arrows, explosives and volleys of shots. A charater of this class will be favored with an unerring aim which will allow it to confront the most terrible demons from a prudent distance, being capable of firing against distant objects and leaping backward while enemies adavance. However, this modality of fighting from the distance may implicate a danger for the charater of falling surrounded or besieged.

The habilities like calculated atacks and somersaults are so important for incapacitating enemies as each gun of the arsenal of the Demon Hunter. Those that are known as Demon Hunters have made no oath to any king or kingdom, they are nothing more but the trace of people who have lost everything in the presence of horror, and who are looking for retribution.

The Barbarian class is very powerful and can take on enemies with just one hit. You will notice that the first skills of the class are focused on fury generation. The first skills are the cleave and bash which can be used repeatedly and will generate fury. When you’ve got significant amounts of fury you can use now your fury expender abilities which are the next line of abilities. Some skills also have a cool down and can’t be used immediately.

One of most liked ability of the Barbarian class is the Seismic Slam which is an all offensive ability destroying groups of monsters all at once. A good thing also about the said ability is that it sets a lot of knock backs creating path for your character and is also useful defensively. Barbarian class can be build offensively or defensively depending on your chosen abilities. More gamers turn to an offensive Barbarian build with a defensive build also suggesting offense. This is more practical and thus making the Barbarian class much more enjoyable to play with. As you know the Barbarian class can be a little boring if you’ve played the later version of Diablo.

One of the things you need to overcome using a Barbarian class is the lack of range. Because you are in the thick of it you can get surrounded especially in the later parts of the game. There are lots of monsters that can move very quickly and are designed to surround you. That’s why Barbarians usually die surrounded. To overcome this you would want to combine abilities for your Barbarian class. Choose skills that are very much useful in group combat and skills that will take you to a defensive setback. In later parts of the game you can use combination of Earthquake, Call of the Ancients, and Wrath of the Berserker abilities to achieve this. The combination abilities are also very useful if you are farming.

The game play for the Barbarian class is survival. You would want to have a Barbarian class getting good critical hit, strength, and vitality gear so it can stay alive.
